What’s common to kings and likewise peasants? What’s common to the old and likewise to the young? What’s common to the rich and likewise to the poor? What’s common to the abled and likewise to the disabled? What’s common to the people of every nation, language, ethnicity, tribe, and indeed the human race? This common denominator running through the entire human race is known as FEAR.
The Dictionary defines Fear in varied ways and this includes:
- An unpleasant emotion caused by threat of danger, pain or harm.
- A feeling of anxiety concerning the outcome of something or the safety of someone.
- The likelihood of something unwelcome happening.
- A mixed feeling of dread and reverence.
- Avoiding doing something because one is afraid.
- Feel anxiety on behalf of…
- Be afraid of (someone or something) as likely to be dangerous, painful or harmful.
With the above definitions of “Fear”, we can assert that for the most part, fear is the misrepresentation of truth and the representation of lies. Fear delights in serving its victims with miserable dish as they feed on lies and become robust in negativity and limitations.
The objectives of fear are to steal your dreams; kill your will to win life’s race and destroy all positivity and possibilities in your life. Never give into fear but give out to faith. What you set your mind on determines if fear settles in or if you settle for faith.
