Well-managed emotions aid us to engage in winning actions. Emotions were not designed to rule over us or become our masters. We are to rule over our emotions and lead our feelings to work for us rather than work against us.

Never allow negative emotions such as anger, bitterness, and envy to influence your decisions if you want to be on the winning lane of life. Allow anger to pass but do not hold onto it, if you do not want to go down with it.

When negative emotions surge within, you view people, events, and circumstances in a distorted way and you make error-filled decisions that produce failing actions which leads to the dungeon of failure.

You can’t be level-headed when negative emotions become your head. Plotting vengeance is plotting your downfall.
