When you kick-start a habit you will eventually get hooked in it if you keep on with the habit. When you keep on with the habit, the habit will either take you up or it will bring you down.

When you keep a habit going invariably, you keep its effects running in your life. You spend you when you get trapped in bad habits. You grow you when you get engaged in good habits. To invest in you is to invest time and resources developing good habits.

Time to move up in life is time to move on with cultivating good habits.

DEALING WITH PROCRASTINATION:

The best and the right time to create and cultivate good habits is NOW! The cure for procrastination is to take immediate action, beginning with the most difficult or dreadful task or project to the simple ones and these demands self-discipline.

When we put off doing what we need to do, we put on the attire of failure. Procrastination is a bad habit; it not only steals time, but it also steals your potentials, self-esteemand true freedom.

Procrastination is a build-up of frustration that destroys up life at its peak. Procrastination is a subtle habit that leads to self-destruction.

When we put things off we put on the stress of living. When we put things off our lives goes off course. The habit of putting things off or procrastination puts you off success route.

Bad habits are habits that keep you in bondage and make you ineffective through life. Good habits are habits that make you free to be all that you were created to be; do all that you were created to do and have all that you were created to have.

We do not need to choose to go in the wrong direction; when you choose your habits, your habits take charge of the direction of your life. When you change your habits, your habit changes the direction of your life.  When we form our habits, we are forming our nature and our nature forms our future. 

The wake-up call is now to call forth the best within you by breaking bad habits and developing good habits, NOW!
