MENTAL DIET: HOW TO DEAL WITH WRONG THINKING (6)

Seler ads

Until you separate from the past you can’t step into the epic of your future. To become a whole different person with a different lifestyle is to change your old association and develop new association that supports the new and higher way of thinking and living.

Friends that won’t grow their minds and change their conduct for the better will keep you down on their level by their influence. Friends that won’t change their lifestyle and take up a better or higher lifestyle will never be supportive of your better and higher lifestyle.

People that won’t grow, subconsciously will not want you to grow. In fact, they will feel threatened and uncomfortable with your growth or the New You. Friends that will not let go of their self-defeating behavior and self-destructive habits will pull you down into the dungeon of self-destruction.

Friends that won’t lift you up higher morally and encourage and even help you in any way they can in your worthwhile aspirations will pull you down and destroy your focus. Friendship or association should strengthen your focus for a fulfilling life rather than weaken and break your focus.

You must separate yourself from your comfort zone; familiar environment and people that are not supportive of your personal growth. Growth entails you must experience seasons of discomfort in order to live higher and reach higher into the epic of your future that makes life full of comfort.

Get to associate with people who support your new lifestyle or the New You. Get in the company of people who build you up and help you grow. Become friends with people who help strengthen your focus of a progressive and  fulfilling life.

Get into the right circle and you will overcome the cycle of defeat.  Get into the right environment and the seeds of greatness within you will be nourished and bloom.

Most importantly, depend  on the Divinity within you to transform you into the person you were created to be as you yield to Him.

“Whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report, if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.” SAINT PAUL.
