RENEWING YOUR MENTAL ENERGY:

Mental energy is like a magnetic field that attracts to your life the nature and quality of your thoughts; your dominant thoughts become your dominant experience. Your mental energy is your creative power that brings into existence the content of your mind. Therefore, your life rises or falls according to the content of your mind because your mind or mental energy is the controlling center of your entire life including the quality of your relationships.

Self-renewal is impossible until you make mind renewal your lifestyle and lifetime pursuit. Developing and maximizing your mental power or energy makes you indispensable in the domain of life.

Our mental energy increases when we habitually grow our minds. Acquiring formal education is not an end in itself but should be an initiation into the world of in-depth learning of relevant knowledge that makes a difference in your life and in the lives of others. Cut off time wasters and be caught up in the habit of learning.

Expanding your mind increases your mental energy. Self-education is the key to mind expansion. To enlarge your mind read broadly. Exposing yourself to great minds expands your mind to greatness. Start a reading program; make reading and in-depth study of relevant books habitual. Develop your analytical mind. Engage in deep thinking and unravel solutions to problems.

Develop a sharp and a sound mind. Therefore, invest time daily in developing and growing your mind; unlearn, learn and relearn, engage in visualization, planning and writing, and guard your mind from accepting negative suggestions but rather expose your mind to possibilities and positivity and you will gain the mental power to produce extraordinary results in life.

RENEWING YOUR PHYSICAL ENERGY:

Physical energy is required to function in the material world. You need physical energy to get things done and live effectively. Eating nourishing balanced diet infuses the body with strength; rest and relaxation rejuvenates the body and regular exercise keeps the body fit to function maximally.
