  • Examine the results you are producing in your relationships, your work or career, your finances, and your health – in the light of what you think, what you feel, what you say, and what you do.
  • Intentionally change what you think and what you do, to harmonize with the kind of results you want to experience.

Remember, to bridge the gap between where you are and where you want to be, you must change what you are.
